  • Process daily sales orders, invoices, and other related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales order processing.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors regarding delivery schedules.
  • Interact with customers to respond to order inquiries and provide a professional level of customer service.

  • Conduct monthly stock takes and stock closures.

  • Knowledge of MUIS certification is a plus.
