We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales, with a proven track record of success in sales strategy development, client acquisition and management, and technical consultation.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our products and services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned regions.
- Provide product and services explanations to clients, articulating features and benefits, and tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Development and Service Delivery, to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product capabilities.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within software development or IT services industry.
- Good understanding of web and wireless technologies, with ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
