This is a strategic leadership role that oversees the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefit programs. It will be responsible for leading the Group Compensation and Benefits team to drive business growth and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Group Senior Management team in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Oversee the development and execution of various compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Responsible for creating presentation materials and reports for Executive Resource and Compensation Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
- Lead the annual manpower cost budgeting exercise and conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices.
- Manage relationships with remuneration consultants, benefits providers, and negotiate contracts.
- Lead, manage, and develop the C&B team to deliver solutions that support business strategies.
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits and at least 5 years in a leadership and team management role.
- Excellent Microsoft Office software skills and proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Experience in EVA compensation and long-term incentive or share plans is highly desirable.
