Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role:
The Chief Financial Strategist will lead a high-performing finance team in overseeing daily operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and treasury matters. This individual will manage statutory audits, ensure timely preparation of financial statements, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance team to provide financial insights and support strategic planning
* Oversee shared services functions such as intercompany billing, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
* Mentor and guide team members while driving efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls

Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
* At least 6 years of relevant experience in both audit and commercial finance in the Property/Real Estate industry
* Proficient in SFRS, NetSuite, Cognos, and MRI
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
