Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to join our payroll team as a Payroll Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records and processing payroll efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records related to remuneration with high accuracy.
  • Process payroll tasks with precision and speed to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze variances in manpower expenses to ensure accuracy and optimize budget allocation.
  • Participate in month-end closing and reconciliation procedures to guarantee financial integrity.
  • Process staff claims, IR8A, and other tax-related filings accurately and on time.
  • Prepare CPF contribution reports and handle refunds if necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on payroll matters to foster a positive work environment.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

  • Possess a GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
