Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Employee Experience Specialist to support our Human Resource team in the implementation of HRMS.

As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing administration processes to prepare for HRMS migration
  • Updating employee profiles in HRMS
  • Safeguarding and maintaining confidential employee information, adhering to statutory obligations
  • Undertaking project assignments as required

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or Administration role, with healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
