We are seeking a skilled Visionary Space Planner to design and implement innovative interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Develop creative space plans and designs that reflect the client's style and preferences.
  • Prepare detailed design specifications, floor layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Select and source suitable furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to bring designs to life.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure successful implementation of design plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Space Planner, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative vision.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
