Creative Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Space Planner.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to conceptualize and design interior spaces that meet client needs.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans to suit client needs.
- Create detailed drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and presentations for client approval.
- SOURCE and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution meets design intent.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Evaluate compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.
