">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Space Planner to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and proposing designs, layouts, and solutions for various projects.

You will communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.

Your role will involve solving problems with practical solutions/design during the construction phase, following up on leads in a timely manner, and supervising work progress to ensure project smoothness and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Create and propose designs, layouts, and solutions for various projects.
  • Prepare presentations for clients.
  • Model 3D visuals with SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCad.
  • Solve problems with practical solutions/design during construction phase.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Supervise work progress to ensure project smoothness and timely completion.
