Space Planner

JOS Furniture is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Space Planner to join our team. As the Space Planner responsible for production of shop drawings and all drawing development required by the project, you will play a critical role in transforming conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and ensuring seamless execution of space utilization and layout planning. Your expertise in space planning, drafting, and project coordination will be essential in delivering efficient and innovative solutions to our clients.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Responsible for production of shop drawings and all drawing development required by the project
- Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed
- Understands the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood
- Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation
- Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards
- Explains drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an advantage
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
