Job Title: Retail Space Planner

We are seeking an experienced retail space planner to join our team. As a retail space planner, you will be responsible for creating effective and efficient store layouts that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail space plans that meet client requirements and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail projects.
  • Provide input on design concepts and visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project timelines, budgets, and milestones.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail space planning or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including layout design, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
