Job Title: Creative Retail Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing retail spaces and be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative and functional interior design concepts tailored for retail environments.
  • Translating branding and customer experience objectives into spatial design ideas.
  • Preparing detailed 2D drawings including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Ensuring drawings comply with building codes and fit-out requirements.
  • Creating realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
  • Presenting rendered views and walk-throughs to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
  • Strong knowledge of retail space planning, fixture design, and material application.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple retail projects under tight timelines.
