Job Title:
Retail Interior Designer

Our company seeks an exceptional Retail Interior Designer to join our team. As a Retail Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interior design concepts for retail environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create visually appealing and functional retail spaces. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing interior design concepts tailored for retail environments
  • Preparing detailed 2D drawings, including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, and sections
  • Creating realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space
  • Presenting rendered views and walk-throughs to clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and detailing shopfronts, display units, product shelving, cashier counters, and feature walls

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp
  • Strong knowledge of retail space planning, fixture design, and material application
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple retail projects under tight timelines
