Job Title: Space Planner and Designer

We are seeking a skilled Space Planner and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with experience in developing space planning concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, and preparing presentation materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop space planning concepts and 3D visual renderings
  • Create detailed construction drawings for office furniture
  • Prepare sample and material boards for presentations
  • Liaise with sales personnel and project managers for design requirements
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray & Adobe Software
  • Must have knowledge in Revit / BIM
  • Good portfolio to showcase works
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
