Project Coordinator and Space Planner

The role of a Project Coordinator and Space Planner is to oversee project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of projects while balancing stakeholder expectations with budget constraints. This involves managing relationships between the organization and its contractors, facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders, and driving project objectives forward.

This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with multi-disciplinary teams. A relevant degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, or civil/building is required, along with minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, space planning, and contractor liaison.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project coordination, ensure timely delivery, and balance stakeholder expectations with budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders, drive project objectives forward.
  • Oversee space planning initiatives, work closely with facilities and project teams to optimize resource allocation and usage.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present regular stakeholder engagement reports to senior leadership, summarizing feedback, concerns, and progress in addressing stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, meetings, and correspondence for reference and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, or civil/building.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, space planning, and contractor liaison.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
