Interior Space Planner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Planner to join our team. As an Interior Space Planner, you will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces to meet the needs of clients and businesses.

  • Create detailed design documentation for interior layouts, including furniture, finishes, and other elements.
  • Develop materials and specifications for FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
  • Collaborate with other team members on project drawings, renderings, and budgets.
  • Select and schedule FF&E and color and materials for projects in coordination with other team members.
  • Review pricing and materials for projects and provide design support for completion.
  • Conduct professional home consultations to present customized room designs.
  • Assist with maintaining the visual appearance of stores, including floor displays, product tagging, and accessory catalogs.
  • Work with one of the world's most recognizable and respected furniture brands.
  • Develop facility and furniture space planning solutions that meet building codes and accessibility standards.
  • Prepare construction documents and specifications, including floor plans, ceiling plans, and millwork plans.
