Senior Interior Space Planner

At our company, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Interior Space Planner to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the interior spaces of various projects.
- We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively with designers and clients to ensure that project briefs are fully understood and met.
- You will be required to develop designs and concepts based on the client's corporate identity, taking into account factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
- A key part of your role will be to prepare construction, joinery, and details drawings, as well as specifications for furniture, finishes, and equipment.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings using AutoCAD, including space planning and construction drawings.
Skill Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent drawing skills, particularly in technical drawing.
- You should be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and familiar with other software used in the industry, such as SketchUp and Adobe Illustrator.
- We are also looking for candidates with experience in space planning, interior design, and furniture specification.
