Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Planner to join our team. As an Interior Space Planner, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Clients: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and preferences through active communication. This involves gathering information on their lifestyle, design preferences, and spatial needs to propose tailored interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and construction documents based on project requirements. These visuals will help clients visualize the final product and ensure that everyone involved in the project is on the same page.
  • Material Selection and Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and contractors to select materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the project's budget and aesthetic goals.
  • Project Management and Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure that the design intent is accurately translated into reality on-site.
  • Site Inspections and Design Issue Resolution: Conduct site measurements, inspections, and address any design-related issues that arise during construction to guarantee a successful outcome.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
