We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the development of customer experience metrics using Tableau.
This role is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that visualize customer feedback data from various sources. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with data storytelling.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong command of Python for text analytics and data manipulation
- Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets
- Familiarity with NLP libraries and GenAI
- Ability to work with unstructured data and derive meaningful insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role
