The Opportunity

  • It is an opportunity for a Feedback Management Admin to join their team

The Job
Your primary role is to triage feedback to various channels.

This includes:
a) Routing feedback to the rightful department in an accurate and timely manner;
b) Replying to feedback submitted by members;
c) Contacting members, when needed, to clarify their feedback

The Talent

  • 'A' Levels/Diploma/Degree
  • Experience with feedback management/triaging is advantageous
  • Able to commit for a minimum duration of 6 months (12 months max)
