Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for triaging feedback from various channels. This includes routing feedback to the appropriate department in a timely and accurate manner, replying to feedback submitted by members, and contacting members as needed to clarify their feedback.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and respond to customer feedback
  • Route feedback to the correct department or team
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of a degree level qualification and experience in feedback management or a related field is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In addition, they will be able to commit to working with us for at least 6 months (12 months maximum). We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
