**Job Requirements**:

- Management of feedback from multiple channels (e.g. digital and traditional platforms);
- Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties (e.g., Authority’s external contractors, managing agents, HDB town councils and other government agencies) required to address the feedback;
- Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions;
- Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes;
- Conducting onsite surveys;
- Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
- Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies;
**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in any fields;
- Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented;
- Willing to work in an outdoor environment;
- Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month
