Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Office of Patient Experience in managing feedback and responses within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle high work volumes and work at a fast pace with accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage patient feedback and responses within the hospital by attending to walk-in patients and families, and responding to phone calls to the OPE Hotline
  • Review and follow up on feedback received from patients and families
  • Respond to general feedback and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Compile feedback documentation for filing and provide updates into the feedback database
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
  • Able to handle high work volumes and work at a fast pace with accuracy
  • Enjoys engaging people and thrives on working in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
