We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to support our organization in managing and responding to daily public feedback. This key member will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service standards.

- Manage and respond to daily public feedback, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service standards
- Support the implementation of service excellence initiatives and policies, including coordination and communication with relevant departments or units
- Track, compile, and produce accurate and timely organisation-wide feedback statistics for analysis and reporting purposes, as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Relevant experience in handling omnichannel public feedback
