We are seeking an empathetic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our feedback team.

Your role will involve managing feedback pertaining to vocational licencing matters.

You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles feedback (outbound calls and emails) pertaining to Vocational Licencing matters
  • Comfortable in speaking to members of public and provide written responses as necessary
  • Works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
  • Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft office, outlook etc.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred
  • Strong command of written and spoken English required
  • Ability to speak in other languages such as Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are a bonus
  • Those without working experience are welcome to apply
