
Establish Regional Expansion Through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our regional business expansion initiatives in Southeast Asia.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development and Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities across Southeast Asian markets
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Create market entry strategies for new territories and service lines
- Business Development and Sales
- Lead end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking events, industry conferences, and digital outreach
- Develop compelling value propositions and customized solutions for prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and signing
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients
- Regional Coordination
- Coordinate business development activities across multiple Southeast Asian markets
- Work closely with local teams to optimize regional strategies
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior management
- Support the establishment of local presence in key markets as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
- Experience working in Southeast Asian markets, with strong understanding of regional business practices;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels;
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for working across diverse markets;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing long-term opportunities;
- Team player with collaborative approach to achieving company goals;
