Regional Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our regional expansion, focusing on the steel mills sector. This high-impact role combines industry expertise, network, and technical know-how to drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and open new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in APAC with a focus on steel mills.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify and secure new customers through strong networks and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
  • Provide market insights on trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Support customers with technical knowledge on specifications and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the bearings industry with a proven sales/business development record.
  • Strong network within industrial customers, especially steel mills, across APAC.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of bearings and applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across APAC.

Besides possessing the aforementioned skills, you should be able to think strategically and have excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
