Job Title: Regional Expansion Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive our expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

This high-impact role involves spearheading regional sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying new customers through strong networks and prospecting, building lasting partnerships, and opening new market opportunities.

  • A key aspect of this role is accelerating bearings business growth in APAC with a focus on steel mills.
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute regional sales plans to meet ambitious targets.
  • New customers will be secured via extensive networking and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners is crucial.
  • Valuable insights on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities will be provided.
  • Candidates will also support customers with expert knowledge on bearing specifications and applications.
  • Collaboration with internal teams will deliver innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the bearings industry with a proven track record of sales/business development success.
  • A strong professional network within industrial customers, especially steel mills, across APAC.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of bearings and their applications.
  • Willingsness to travel extensively across APAC.
