Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform recruitment strategies and drive improvements.
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Workday.
