Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programme Administration and Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of our academic programmes.

  • Programme Operations and Course Management:
    • Work closely with Academic Directors and course instructors on curriculum design, review, and timetabling.
    • Manage course registration, examination, and related matters.
    • Provide robust support for course instructors to ensure seamless lesson delivery.
  • Overseas Study Segments:
    • Propose the structure of overseas study segments.
    • Manage overall logistics and procurement matters of overseas segments.
  • Student Support and Candidature Management:
    • Plan, organize, and oversee various social and/or professional events organized for students.
    • Handle student inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
    • Monitor students' graduating status and schedule-related activities.
Requirements
  • A degree holder preferably with relevant work experience of 8 years.
  • Good understanding of Chinese culture and China's business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quality and customer-service oriented.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
