We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced acquisition professional to lead and optimize our efforts in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring life insurance policies for resale.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, possess strong financial acumen, and exhibit a proactive approach to building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify and engage with policyholders, brokers, and advisors to source qualified whole life and endowment policies for acquisition.
  • Negotiation and Transaction Management: Negotiate purchase terms and manage the acquisition process from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents, financial planners, and other partners.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sourcing strategies and opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum GCE 'O' levels.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills - comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly.
  • Social Skills: Naturally sociable and outgoing; enjoys meeting new people and making connections.
  • Deal Origination: Ability to originate deals through a variety of channels.
  • Professional Relationships: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships and networks.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Communication: Confident and persuasive communicator, both in person and over the phone/email.
  • Networking: Comfortable attending networking events and client meetings.
  • Rejection Handling: Ability to handle rejection and stay positive under pressure.
