Key Role Summary

As a high-performing Acquisition Consultant, you will lead the sourcing, evaluation and acquisition of life insurance policies for resale. Your primary objective is to optimize our efforts in sourcing, evaluating and acquiring life insurance policies.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified whole life and endowment policies to acquire through engagements with policyholders, brokers and advisors.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and manage the acquisition process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring seamless transaction flow.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and relationship building.
  • Identify new sourcing strategies and opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining a proactive approach to relationship building.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' levels with a proven track record in sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly.
  • Ability to originate deals through various channels, skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships and networks.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone/email.
  • Comfortable attending networking events and client meetings, with a positive attitude under pressure.
