Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to manage all aspects of life and health insurance policies.

This role is responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, including escalated issues
  • Following up on complaints and appeals, providing timely updates and resolutions
  • Providing feedback to improve work processes and customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members in handling inquiries and complaints
  • Preparing reports on statistics and productivity
  • Supporting projects and assignments as directed by your supervisor

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree; relevant insurance certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in insurance or finance
  • Meticulous problem-solving skills, customer-focused
  • Patient and professional in customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy helping customers and remaining composed under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of life and health insurance policies, including issuance, management, claims settlement, and customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
