**Responsibilities**:
- Single point of contact to the business on demand that involve technology as part of the solution.
- Assess end-to-end solution proposed by the delivery squads based on business requirements or User Story / Epic
- Review and assess end-to-end solution proposed by the delivery squads to achieve business outcome.
- As leader, work across the multiple divisions and delivery squads to prioritise initiatives and remove obstacles for the delivery.
- Technical and business know-now to leverage new and emerging technology to address current business needs and future landscape - API, Microservice, SaaS, Automation solution (RPA, BPM, Rule Engine), Data Analytics/AI/ML use cases and its potential.
- Accountable for the budget allocated to deliver technology enablers and BAU support to achieve business outcomes.
- Oversee the delivery squads consists of Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Business System Analyst, Software Engineers, and Vendors to bridge business/system/operation/technology requirements and delivery technology capabilities.
- Provide guidance to the delivery squads in the day-to-day operation, planning, risk and issue resolution.
- As the people manager, work with the team members on their career and competency development
- Responsible for managing IT projects throughout its life cycle, including resources planning, clients' expectation management, change management and risk assessment.
- Work closely with product manager and project team members for delivering quality projects and services.
- Maintain and measure the quality of project deliverables within defined and agreed project requirements.
- Oversee project risks, identify, determine, and recommend risk mitigation solutions on projects and implement them appropriately.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, minimum 12 years' working experience in Information Technology, with at least 4 years of at a manager/senior manager position, specialised in system development life cycle.
- Business Analysis skill in delivery business requirement process, bring expert knowledge of business domain with deep expertise in Life and Health products.
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative/creative/critical thinkers and able to engage stakeholders from different business domains.
- Able to communicate well on both technical and business level, and effectively manage IT development team, business stakeholders, users and vendors.
- Integration experience with Life/Health insurance systems
- Good analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-managing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high quality of work.
- Excellent oral and written communication including listening skill and dispute resolution skills at the assignment level. Have good Interpersonal and consultative skills.
