**Responsibilities**:

- To adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines, via reports checking and identifying anomalies in the course of work.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with other departments and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of service.
- Support in company-wide initiatives including reviewing of letters, work instructions, forms, system enhancements
- Learn and perform life policy servicing transactions such as Policy Loan, Change coupon option, ILP top-up.
- Participate in projects, system enhancement and user testing, providing feedback on system adequacies and any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder.
- Previous experience in policy servicing within the life insurance industry is advantageous.
- Creative problem-solving skills coupled with an eye for detail.
- Excellent team player, communication (written and verbal) and people skills.
- Able to work under tight timeline and pressure.
- Able to multi-task and handle various concurrent projects.
