PURPOSE
To perform Life product pricing and be involved in product development through to product launches.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Support Pricing Manager and/or Head of Pricing in product pricing tasks, including product feasibility assessment, building pricing model, propose assumptions, perform financial calculations, sensitivity testing, completing pricing report and regulatory filing.
Collaborate closely with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure new products are launched successfully complete with robust checks, integration of full workflow and compliance to relevant policies, regulations and guidelines.
Develop strong culture of product innovation through collaboration with partners, customers, internal stakeholder and re-insurers.
Pro-active in identifying product and pricing risks and propose solutions.
Pro-active in acquiring the necessary technical actuarial knowledge to carry out routine pricing tasks, including (but not limited to) RBC2, EV, Prophet, IFRS17 etc.
Support in ad-hoc projects to deliver business requirements and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Degree-holder with 3 - 5 years of experiences in life insurance companies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY
Strong knowledge about life insurance industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good exam progress
