Customer Service Representative Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career that lets you do more and achieve more? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role involves delivering excellent service to our partner brands by performing various tasks such as handling phone call enquiries, providing accurate processing of reservations or support work, maintaining member accounts, advising on latest promotions, managing feedback/complaints, and meeting daily KPI requirements.

We are seeking a candidate with strong time management skills, ability to work rotating shifts, and exposure to a customer-orientated environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with computers and multiple systems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess at least a GCE 'N' levels in any field
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in contact centre, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
