Customer Service Co-ordinator Role Overview
\We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Possess a strong educational background, with at least a Secondary School A'level qualification and professional certificate.\
- Proficiency in PC literacy is essential.\
- Excellent communication skills to handle client events, orders, and negotiate with others to ensure seamless collaboration.\
- With experience, successfully handle customer inquiries, feedback issues, and provide prompt solutions.\
- Effective handling of incoming calls and correspondence via mail/letters/documents.\
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.\
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports.\
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.\
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.\
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve job performance.\
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.\
- Identify and report any areas for improvement or potential risks within the department.\
- Provide support to other teams and departments as required.\
