Customer Service Specialist Role

The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and direct communication with clients under established procedures.

This position is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, providing visibility for incoming orders, and coordinating priorities to meet customer demands. Additionally, it entails maintaining pricing and sales order creation, briefing teams on process updates, and attending to customer enquiries and complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or similar discipline.
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in the OSAT or Semiconductor Industry.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to bridge between and coordinate with customer and internal engineering, logistics, sales & planning teams.
