As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through efficient order processing, effective communication, and prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

- Liaise with customers regarding delivery status, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.">

- Act as an escalation point for customer complaints within the team, working collaboratively to resolve issues promptly and fairly.">
