Senior Retail Assistant Role

T2 is looking for a passionate Senior Retail Assistant to join its team. As part of T2's team of primary brand ambassadors, you will engage directly with customers on the sales floor to make sales and provide customer assistance, whilst supporting the team to deliver excellent service.

About The Job

  • As a Senior Retail Assistant, you will have strong passion for T2 and demonstrate this through your interactions with the customer and the team; educating on T2 products and how to brew tea.
  • Engaging manner inspires customers and the team alike through conversations and tastings, making sales and helping to ensure customers return many more times in the future.
