We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and offer strategic solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with stakeholders to guarantee case closure in accordance with our service standards.
  • Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Deliver high-quality services to customers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong time management skills and motivation to excel.
    • Ability to multitask and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
    • Comfortable working with computers and ability to adapt to new systems.
