The Role
  • Develop and improve service management processes and practices for our customers, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
  • Evaluate and align our service management processes with our customers' goals, industry standards, and frameworks like ITIL, ISO, and COBIT.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on service management process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to our customers' staff on service management best practices and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure they're met.
  • Manage and coordinate service management process documentation, communication, and governance.
About You
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and improving service management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of service management frameworks and standards, like ITIL, ISO, and COBIT.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English.
