Job Summary

Leading Programmes and Activities

We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to lead our programmes and activities for clients with dementia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering engaging experiences that promote social interaction and skill-building.

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead programmes and activities for clients.
  • Develop and implement Person-Centred Care approaches in daily activities.
  • Source consumables and materials as required.

Key Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess at least GCE 'A' Levels or higher qualifications.
  • Be passionate about dementia care and working with people.
  • Have hands-on skills in baking, arts & crafts, flower arrangement, singing, dancing, etc.
  • Be gentle and patient.
  • Be proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Have prior working experience in dementia care.
