The role of Youth Services Programme Leader is to develop and implement operational strategies that ensure effective, relevant, and sustainable service delivery for adolescents and youth programs. You will partner closely with the Service Group Director to translate Care Corner's goals for youth services into strategic initiatives and support their implementation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This position requires someone who can think systemically, gather relevant viewpoints from others, and make objective decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, team management, and program development. They will also be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including government agencies, schools, and community partners.
