Operations and Programme Leader

The Operations and Programme Leader will provide strategic support to the Chief Executive by overseeing the management of centres. This includes satellite centres, ensuring overall quality and design of service programmes across.

We seek a client-centric professional who possesses leadership and team management skills to lead the programmes team.

  • Develop staff development plans within the organisation to enhance talent.
  • Conduct regular operations review meetings with staff to discuss progress.
  • Monitor programme expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop workplans for the centre in alignment with agency goals.
  • Lead resolution of operational issues within the centre.
  • Manage programme risk, quality and compliance to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational strategies, programmes and services for the programmes team.
  • Review and enhance service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines.
  • Work with the Implementation Science team to review CampusImpact's programmes.
  • Identify areas of improvement for the organisation's strategic direction.
  • Build professional partnerships across agencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Review effectiveness of programme curriculum and set direction and theme.
  • Participate in knowledge networks and communities of practice.
