The successful candidate will develop, plan, and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability. They'll lead partner pipeline reviews, coach and challenge partners to transform their sales plans and strategies, and be accountable for regular connection at executive, sales, and delivery team levels to identify and resolve blockers in execution.

This role requires strong account management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in relationship-based channel account management is required, along with good business acumen in channels sales management.
