Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to support and manage trading floor voice systems across 12 APAC countries. This role covers day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and project delivery for critical Voice & Voice Recording platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Trader Voice and Voice Recording services, covering operations, controls, and projects. He/She will be responsible for ensuring system availability and readiness, performing daily checks, managing and monitoring Voice & Voice Recording infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support Trader Voice and Voice Recording services
- Ensure system availability and readiness
- Manage and monitor Voice & Voice Recording infrastructure

Support:
IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, MS Teams Voice, NICE NTR/NTR-X, Verint Verba

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for an experienced professional with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Voice Recording platforms and trading floor voice systems.
