Job Opportunity: Voice Systems Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished voice systems specialist to oversee the operation of our trader voice infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in IPC Unigy infrastructure and experience working in fast-paced financial trading environments.

  • Provide technical support and operate IPC Unigy systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage related voice technologies: Cisco, Microsoft Teams, NICE/Verint voice recording.
  • Respond to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Collaborate with trading desks, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure platform stability.
  • Oversee voice-related projects, capacity planning, and process improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical support experience in trader voice with deep hands-on expertise in IPC Unigy.
  • 5+ years in financial trading environment.
  • Familiarity with Cloud9, Speakerbus, NICE/Verint, and Unified Communications (Teams, WebEx).
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, telephony systems, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).
  • Proven ability to manage complex incidents and lead technical teams under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
