Job Description">

We are seeking a Voice Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice systems. This role will be responsible for delivering performance metrics, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing trader voice systems, including IPC Unigy, Cisco, TEAMS, and NICE/Verint voice recording solutions. They will be responsible for monitoring system performance, proactively addressing issues, responding to and resolving incidents, and collaborating with network, infrastructure, and trading desk teams to ensure system availability and functionality.
